What we collect when you contact us, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed. Short, because we collect very little.

Who we are
Big Immersive is a software development company. Personal information sent to us through this website is collected and handled by our Lahore office: 163 CCA, Phase 6, Sector C DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.

What we collect
What you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. If you book a call, the booking page asks for your name, email address, company, and what you want to build, and we receive the time you chose.
What the server records. Like any website, the server that hosts this one keeps standard logs of requests: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not collect. This website has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. It stores one small flag in your browser so the opening animation plays only once per tab; that flag holds nothing about you.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to schedule and prepare for a call you booked, and to discuss and, if we agree, carry out a project with you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Only the people at our Lahore office who handle enquiries and the project you contact us about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Big Immersive.
Two service providers process it on our behalf and under their own security terms: Google, which runs our email, the booking calendar, and the video link for calls; and Railway, which hosts this website. Their servers may be outside Pakistan.
If you click a 3D model on our homepage, it opens in Sketchfab's player, and Sketchfab's own privacy policy applies to that player. Nothing is sent to Sketchfab unless you click.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to a project is deleted once the conversation has ended. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for the length of the project and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by writing to contact@bigimmersive.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
