01What we're for
01

Our Mission

To empower businesses with AI and blockchain solutions that solve real problems and deliver measurable results. We build technology that works, not just in demos, but in production at scale.

02

Our Vision

To become the most trusted technology partner for enterprises navigating AI and blockchain transformation. We're building a future where cutting-edge technology is accessible, practical, and drives genuine business value.

02Why clients stay
01

The problem we solve

Most businesses know they need AI and blockchain but struggle to find partners who can actually deliver. We bridge the gap between emerging technology and real-world implementation, turning complex innovations into competitive advantages.

02

Why clients stay

We ship on time, communicate clearly, and treat every project like our reputation depends on it, because it does. Our clients stay because we deliver results, not excuses.

I co-founded Big Immersive and I run operations here. I work at the intersection of AI, product operations, Web3, immersive technology, and team execution.

Over the last decade I have worked across software development, blockchain products, NFT marketplaces, AR/VR experiences, gaming and metaverse platforms, recruitment, HR operations, and product delivery — with teams spanning development, QA, marketing, HR, product, and operations. Recently that has meant putting AI-driven workflows into those departments to cut manual work and make execution visible.

I build as well as direct. Those workflows were prototyped rather than specified — I would rather put a working version in front of a team and let them tell me where it breaks than circulate a document describing what it might do one day.

My focus is helping founders and businesses work out what to build, how to build it, what teams they need, and where AI or emerging technology creates real value.

What they work on

  • AI implementation in business operations
  • Product and project management
  • Web3, blockchain, NFT, and marketplace products
  • AR/VR and immersive technology projects
  • Technical and non-technical recruitment
  • HR operations, payroll, and team management
  • Process improvement and operational accountability

I have spent eight years designing, building, and deploying decentralised systems across Ethereum, Polygon, Vanar Chain, SUI, and Cardano. Since entering the space in 2017 that has meant everything from EVM-compatible chains to NFT marketplaces, staking systems, and asset-backed digital products — architecture work as much as implementation, with scalability, security, and long-term maintainability as the constraints that matter.

At Big Immersive I take blockchain work from concept into production, mentor the development teams, and refine architectures as the products and their performance targets move. That spans core blockchain infrastructure, smart contract development, and consensus customisation. I have also spoken on blockchain in Pakistan and internationally, including at the Blockchain Symposium Malaysia in 2020.

What they work on

  • Blockchain architecture
  • Smart contracts
  • Decentralised systems
  • Staking & tokenomics
  • NFTs
  • Layer-1 protocols

I look after product at Big Immersive — what we build, in what order, and what finished actually means for each thing. Five years in, most of the job is still the same shape: turn scattered context into something a team can execute against, and make sure a claim we publish is one we can stand behind.

I have led cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA through sprint delivery on AI, SaaS, and interactive platforms — taking MVPs from prototype to production, scaling to over 10,000 users, and securing a $100,000 strategic funding grant on the back of demonstrated product-market fit.

I also vibe-code. I prototype end to end in Claude Code and hand engineers working software rather than a specification to interpret, which shortens the argument about what we are actually building — there is something running to point at. This site included.
