At Big Immersive, we give critical importance to your privacy. We follow some concrete guidelines in this regard, including but not limited to;

Big Immersive LLC develops & publish game software (“games” or “software“) for mobile and desktop platforms, including Oculus, Steam, Google Play, PSVR, Windows on behalf of it’s partner studios. It is Big Immersive’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our game software and websites.
BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OUR GAMES OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE GAMES OR SERVICES.

Non-Personally-Identifying Information

Big Immersive may collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that mobile devices, web browsers and servers typically make available, such as device type and model, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Big Immersive’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Big Immersive’s players play its games or visit its websites, so that we may improve our games or our public relations efforts in future. From time to time, Big Immersive may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on gameplay statistics on its blog.

Personally-Identifying Information

Purchasers of Big Immersive software or visitors to Big Immersive websites may choose to interact with Big Immersive in ways that require Big Immersive to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Big Immersive gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, customers who purchase our software through our website may be required to provide an email address. Those who engage in transactions with Big Immersive – by purchasing our games, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Big Immersive collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Big Immersive. Big Immersive does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from completing a transaction or engaging in certain website-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

Big Immersive may collect statistics about the behavior of its software users or visitors to its websites. For instance, Big Immersive may monitor the play sessions of game players in the aggregate to determine whether or not players are accessing certain content within Big Immersive game software. Big Immersive may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Big Immersive does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Big Immersive discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Big Immersive’s behalf or to provide services available at Big Immersive websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Business Transfers

If Big Immersive, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Big Immersive goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
